Mr. Balogun was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003. Since then he has been involved in active commercial practice with particular interest in corporate practice and litigation as well as keen interest in international corporate governance and financial regulations.

He has been involved in the conduct of due diligence for many institutions and corporate organizations. He participated actively in the recently concluded privatization exercise in Nigeria particularly in the areas of drafting of leases\agreements in the scheme of BOT, PPP involving over several billion of naira. He also participated in the Nitel Pension Funds liquidation exercise.

He is a member of the Section on Business Law of the Nigerian Bar Association and International Bar Association. He has attended many professional conferences both locally and internationally.

Wale Balogun is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, United Kingdom. He recently graduated with a Distinction in MBA from the prestigious Coventry Business School, Coventry University , United Kingdom. This is in addition to his postgraduate degree of Master of law (LL.M).
